A New Look for Our Statements & Online Banking
by Chelsea Cliff
September 20, 2016
Change is in store for Sterling State Bank. Beginning in early October bank statements and Personal Online Banking will be receiving a major makeover. To help prepare for this update we want to let you know a little bit more about what to expect – and when.
Accounts will be summarized on the front of your statement, with the reconciliation form on the back of the first page. Then your transactions will be broken down by last posted date. Plus, they will be in full color and easy to read. For accounts that include check images, any checks deposited will be imaged at the end of the statement. These updates will apply to both personal and business bank accounts.
Along with this change, personal online banking will have a new look too! We expect to see these changes implemented at the end of October. The changes for online banking will make it easier for customers to search for a specific transaction – by date range or amount. You can export statements, set up alerts, and filter the way you view transactions all from one page. The interface is responsive for both phone and tablet use, with a fresh look. The new personal online banking platform has great features and we hope that you find it easy to use. Business online will be updated separately in the upcoming year. Please review the accompanying images below to see the new statement layout and online banking interface.
