Lobbies Re-open - POSTPONED
We have said it from the beginning, and we will say it again - our customer’s and our employee’s safety, comfort and health are our top priority. We have made a commitment to not do anything that would put anyone at risk or feel unsafe or uncomfortable in any of our buildings.
Out of an abundance of caution with the recent rise in covid cases closer to the communities we serve, we have decided to postpone our lobby reopening scheduled for Monday June 29th.
While it saddens us to not be able to return to “business as usual”, we feel this is the right thing to do until we can feel confident in everyone’s safety. Until then, we will continue to limit the number of persons inside our branches by operating as we have since March 18th by appointment only. Our drive thrus will continue to remain open from 7:45am – 5:45pm Monday through Friday. Access to safe deposit boxes, notary and other services can be done by appointment.
Over the past few months, we have implemented several safety procedures aimed at reducing the risk of covid transfer:
Sanitizing Stations Each branch will be set up with sanitizing supplies at the entry point.
Plexiglass Dividers Plexiglass dividers have been installed on select desks, conference rooms and teller counters to minimize airborne transfer during customer interactions.
Social Distancing Our employees will be practicing social distancing while interacting with you. We graciously ask that you practice social distancing as well while visiting the bank.
Masks Available Masks are not required but recommended. We will have masks available at each branch should you prefer one.
Reducing the risk of exposure to COVID-19 by cleaning and disinfection is an important part of our reopening strategy. In addition to the above safety procedures, we have enhanced the cleaning of each location using EPA-approved disinfectants.
