12th Annual Hearts & Diamonds Spectacular
February 7, 2015
Sterling State Bank is proud to renew our support as the lead sponsor of the 12th annual Hearts & Diamonds Spectacular benefitting the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester. Held on February 7, 2015, this remarkable event raised over $100,000 and continues Sterling State Bank’s longstanding and successful partnership with the Ronald McDonald House. During the event an additional $44,000 in donations also came in on behalf of the Fill The House With Love campaign. This additional amount is enough to provide 600 nights in the House for needy families.
“There’s no question that credit for the success of Hearts & Diamonds has to go to the staff at the House and to our amazing community,” said Sterling State Bank President Justin McNeilus, “The simple fact that tickets for this event continue to sell out in minutes says a lot about the strength and depth of support the Ronald McDonald House enjoys. Sterling State Bank is proud to be part of Hearts & Diamonds from the very beginning, and we look forward to supporting its mission in future years.”
Serving hundreds of families each year from across the United States and around the world, the Ronald McDonald house provides a well maintained, safe comfortable home for families with seriously ill children. In addition to serving as the lead sponsor of the annual Hearts & Diamonds Spectacular, Sterling State Bank’s President Justin McNeilus also serves as President of the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester.
“As a community bank we’re committed to investing in the neighborhoods we serve. Supporting the mission of the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester is an important part of that investment,” said Sterling State Bank President Justin McNeilus. “Without the generous, caring support of donors, volunteers and the dedicated staff of the House, none of this would be possible. We are truly humbled to be a small part of such an amazing story.”
